Cutler Mills Features Artist Leah Keith On Bristol/Warren Art Night
Cutler Mills, the 68,000 sq. ft. mill facility now serving as home to some of Warren’s most popular and prestigious businesses, selected local artist Leah Keith at their most recently hosted art night event. Leah set up her workshop and studio 3 years ago, occupying the 2nd-floor at Studio 2. Approximately 45 people attended the June 25th event, where she displayed her collection of framed watercolor prints and notecards.
“This is a great place for me, because I get to be part of an artistic community where I can paint and use my voice. On Art Nights people can come visit my studio and I can tell them about my process of creating art and poetry,” comments Leah.
“This is a great opportunity for visitors to become familiar with the wide variety of artists who work and share their skills here, as well as the great space that has been re-purposed from its historic manufacturing days,” says Debbi, Leah’s Mother, who shares this space with Leah. “We have an open door policy when we are here and always look forward to people dropping in to not only view our work, but also to brainstorm about their projects or their own business challenges and personal stories.”
Leah is an artist and poet, often combining her two talents into produced pieces that are displayed in her studio and are currently being packaged for in-studio and online sales.
